TO BOOK AND CHECK AVAILABILITY

To read the table:  the first figure in each column is a full week's rental; the second figure is for a weekend - this is either 2 or 3 nights at all properties except the Colloquy; or alternatively for a four night mid-week stay.   (NB This is apart from the Colloquy where the second figure is for a two night stay from 4pm on a Friday to any time on Sunday evening.  For a three night stay; or a four night mid-week break add 15%).

• Bookings are Friday to Friday unless otherwise arranged.
• LATE BOOKING DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE - we are sometimes negotiable so do please ask!
• If you number over 16 people at The Colloquy additional charges are incurred: £100 pp for weekly bookings and £80 pp at weekends. Maximum accommodation at the Colloquy is 22 - this includes children.  You may have an additional two babies in cots (supplied).
• Occupancy maximum Sherriffs - 18, maximum Gardeners - 6, maximum Forge and Field - 4/5
• The swimming pool may be used by those staying at The Forge and Gardeners Cottage during a limited period each day and as agreed before you arrive (usually between 10am and 12pm)
• THERE IS A CHARGE OF 2% OF TOTAL WHERE USING A CREDIT CARD and 3.5% FOR AMEX CARD USERS.  DEBIT CARDS AND CHEQUES INCUR NO CHARGE
• Platinum Maid Service at the two large properties £150, at the small properties £50.  (If you don't feel like leaving the place immaculate at the end of your stay you can just leave us to do the dirty work.  This does need to be arranged in advance please)
• We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance to cover the cost of your holiday should you have to unexpectedly cancel your arrangements, eg due to medical reasons or redundancy etc.  One such policy is available through Pavey Group - a copy of the application form can be sent to you on booking - or please contact our office.
