The Colloquy on White Heron Estate in the North Herefordshire countryside, is a large Victorian house with full conference facilities as well as tonnes of character. You’ll get exclusive use of the property for your team or clients for away days, training, celebrations. and we’ll do the rest. Creativity will flow in the large meeting and entertaining rooms as well as in the many smaller breakout spaces – there’s even a vineyard-set outdoor boardroom. Blow away the cobwebs with eBike or walking tours around the estate vineyards and woodlands, or play a game of Padel or squash – or even croquet if that’s your game. If some of your people prefer something less active, a sauna, steam room, hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool (in summer months) might be more their style. Space for up to 40 people at conference, with accommodation across the whole estate.
Christmas at The Colloquy. Overnight bespoke packages for a works Christmas do to be remembered, not endured. Treat your team to a fun and relaxing over night stay with long-table dinner and an optional Traitors-style experience. It’s the Christmas do your people will still be talking about in March.
Ideal film location
White Heron Estate is well suited to film or TV location or features. It has appeared on countryside based TV programmes: Tractor Ted, Countryfile, The Hairy Bikers, Salvage Hunters, How it’s Made. It has vineyards, apple orchards and a stunning backdrop of rolling hills and far-reaching views of North Herefordshire. The properties lend themselves to various periods and locations – from the Sheriffs, a large Queen Ann house, to the Colloquy – a Victorian building with surrounding lodges and cottages. A rural retreat for your special celebrations
Here on the White Heron Estate, we offer a wonderful rural retreat for you to call home for your wedding celebrations. The Colloquy is a perfect venue for an intimate wedding; we offer exclusive use of the house and grounds for up to 54 guests (staying in the Colloquy, a beautifully restored 18th country home, and in the adjoining cottages across the courtyard).
