Brook Farm House is a four bedroom traditional farm cottage, situated on our working farm here in Herefordshire.

Situated in parkland and pasture with grazing sheep, Brook Farm has direct access onto footpaths around the farm. It a near to one of our farms, so farm traffic and noise is to be expected here. A different proposition from our other holiday lets, this is a true working farm cottage, and would suit family and friends happy to be amoungst the action. This property also has a hot tub.

You walk into a good size porch, ideal for keeping walking boots and coats, through a stable door, into the light and modern kitchen come dining room, with breakfast bar. Then there is a separate lounge downstairs and smaller snug upstairs, both with smart media tvs. The bedrooms are cosy, and three out of the four have their own sink/vanity unit or ensuite. Separate to the bedrooms there are then two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, the upstairs being a shower over bath, and the downstairs being a walk in shower with underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine and dishwasher. The garden is secure and is on a small stream looking onto sheep grazing in green pastures. A great spot for a taste of Herefordshire and working farm life. Brook farm house is now dog friendly (NB not dog secure, so please keep dogs on lead in garden - there is a field of sheep next door!).
